About Your Host and Guest

Erica C. Boling, PhD, is a former Associate Professor of Rutgers University and the owner and founder of Northeast K9 Conditioning, LLC, Northeast K9 Conditioning Academy, and ECB Aspire, Inc.  

Erica helps canine professionals stand out within their industry and succeed financially by teaching them how to create and sell innovative, profitable programs. Erica also helps sport and working dog handlers create peak performance, canine athletes by teaching them how to integrate canine fitness into their training programs.  

She is a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer (CCFT), Certified Canine Massage Provider, member of the United States Federation of Sleddog Sports (USFSS) and a member of their USA National Team. She is also one of the founding members of North Pocono Search, Rescue and Recovery.  

Additionally, Erica has taught canine fitness to officers at the Atlantic County “John Sonny Burke” K-9 Academy. Whether coaching handlers to win national and international competitions, empowering owners to have fit dogs, or teaching individuals how to earn income from cutting-edge, face-to-face and online programs, Erica is on a mission to raise the level of excellence in the K9 Peak Performance arena.


Bex Cleary, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and canine hydrotherapist, is a member of Great Britain's Dryland Sled Dog national team. Bex has proudly represented her country in France, Germany, Belgium, Poland, and Sweden, competing in prestigious World and European Championships.

Notably, her skills and unwavering determination led her team to secure the coveted gold medal at the 2022 World Championships. Bex currently holds the titles of National Champion in two dog and one dog scooter classes, along with an impressive Reserve Champion in bikejor.
