By entering this virtual event and purchasing membership to the event you agree to our Terms and Conditions as described below.

Virtual Challenge Declaration

Taking part in a virtual challenge that involves physical activity can be very rewarding; however, it should not be undertaken lightly.

You must be physically fit to participate. If you have any questions, concerns or doubts regarding your participation in the challenge, consult your doctor. This is also true for your dog. Consult your veterinarian to ensure that your dog is healthy and can physically handle the type, level, intensity and duration of the physical activity that you are planning to do.

Do not take part if you or your dog are feeling unwell. If you and/or your dog are not fit and/or are not used to engaging in regular, weekly physical activity, consult your doctor or veterinarian for recommendations on how or if you should proceed.

If at any time you and/or your dog are struggling, feeling distressed, experiencing soreness or pain, do not continue. Consult your doctor or veterinarian right away. Be aware that dogs can overheat very quickly and make sure you know the signs of heat distress and heat stroke for both you and your dog. Know when and how to take immediate medical action if either one of you are suffering from overheating.

By entering this challenge and completing this purchase you confirm that you understand that you enter this/these challenge(s) at your own risk and that no person(s) or organization(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to you, prior to, during or after the event.

Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable and non-transferable.

Terms and Conditions

By completing an entry to a virtual challenge, you certify that you have read and accept the terms and conditions for participation in this event as described below.

Medals are mailed to the address provided at time of purchase / delivery address confirmed via PayPal payment.

You acknowledge that the entry fee is not to ‘purchase’ the medal. The medal is a reward for completing the distance within the allocated time.

Entrants complete the challenge at their own risk. You confirm that at time of this challenge you are physically fit and capable of participating in the event and completing the stated distance. You confirm that you are not aware of any medical condition or impairment that will prevent participation in this event or will affect your health by participation. If you have any concerns, you must seek medical advice prior to starting the challenge.

By entering this event with your dog/s, you and your dog/s are completing the challenge at your own risk. You confirm that at time of this challenge your dog/s is physically fit and capable of participating in the event and completing the stated distance. You confirm that you are not aware of any medical condition or impairment that will prevent your dog’s or dogs’ participation in this event or will affect your dog’s or dogs’ health by participation. If you have any concerns, you must seek medical advice from your veterinarian prior to starting the challenge.

You acknowledge that this is a virtual challenge to be completed at a time and location organized by yourself but within the timeframe as detailed by Northeast K9 Conditioning at the time of registration.

By entering this event, you consent to your personal information being used by Northeast K9 Conditioning for announcement of results. We process race submissions within 48 hours of receipt.

All medals will be mailed no later than 14 days after the stated end date of the virtual challenge, but we will also aim to mail medals as quickly as we possible. Please note that Northeast K9 Conditioning, LLC is not responsible for medals once they have been submitted to the United States Postal Service. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the postal service will deliver medals within a stated period of time.
